We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead our Human Resources function and play a key role in driving organizational growth, talent development, and cultural transformation. Reporting directly to General Manager, the HR Director will develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic HR leader who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and has experience managing change in a fast- paced manufacturing or industrial environment.

- Key Responsibilities:
- -Develop and implement the companys HR strategy aligned with business
- goals and objectives.
- - Lead all core HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Learning and
- Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits,
- Employee Relations, and Organizational Development.
- -Drive organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
- -Partner with business leaders to build organizational capability and succession
- plans.
- -Develop leadership development and talent management programs.
- - Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, diversity, and continuous
- improvement.
- - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
- - Oversee workforce planning and organizational design.
- -Lead employee engagement initiatives and strengthen employer branding.
- -Utilize HR analytics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- -Manage the HR budget and continuously improve HR processes through
- digitalization and automation where appropriate.
- Qualifications
- -Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology or a
- related field; Masters degree is preferred.
- -Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5
- years in a senior HR leadership role.
- -Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or multinational
- organizations is highly preferred.
- -Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- - Proven experience leading organizational transformation and cultural change.
- -Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder
- management skills.
- -Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- -Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
